Maybe use a redirect to the Ad Manager manufactured java script then continue on from there. There would be no practical purpose, I just like the idea of using Google's size on themselves. I also don't get why Google (or Facebook) would not allow direct url of affiliate links but allow affiliate creatives to be the destination. Why would they care?
