Wait wait- it was issued in NYS- so it was surcharged up the ass. An $80 mandatory surcharge for a $40 ticket. How does this make sense?!! Cuz a family member went up to new york city; and a police officer told him to go through a off-limits-exit, and the officer said he was suppose to go there, so he did.
