The good news is that they&#039;re all interested and want to join in the community. But so many of them are finding a hard time understanding that it&#039;s a two-way street. Be a member of the community   &amp;   Give back to others

Those that i respect and learn most from are the ones that are active in the social networks i&#039;m a part of and the ones that give back to me (not to sound selfish or anything like that). If someone shows me the time of day and shows an interest in me i&#039;m WAY more likely to gain respect for them and continually come back to read their stuff. This is obviously a 2 way street so i have to also give back to others ... and from what i&#039;ve found bloggers appreciate it most if you comment and participate on their blog - hands down.

Thanks for talking about the things you are putting out here. I very much enjoy reading.
